ABOUT ANNIE
Annie Beth-Calhoun Randall is a Certified Nutrition Therapy Practitioner, a Certified Personal Trainer, and a mental health counselor in training. In addition, she is a podcaster, a speaker, a writer, and a coach. Annie has a passion for helping women to find “food freedom” through healing and empowerment.

Humans do not live in a vacuum. Consequently, our social environments shape our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Thus, Annie’s approach to healing and finding food freedom is socially-oriented. Through her work, Annie seeks to bring about justice and liberation by taking an anti-diet, HAES approach.
