“Triad Warriors is a great podcast that just about anyone can relate to and learn something from. Everyone eats – it’s a necessary part of survival, but everyone eats differently! I especially like the way that Annie brings that diversity into her podcast with the different guests she interviews.”

AND, at the same time, eating disorder recovery is BEAUTIFUL. Recovery is LIFE-GIVING. Recovery opens you to the possibility of what could be, while allowing you to heal from what has been. Moreover, the recovery journey allows you to become MORE AUTHENTICALLY YOU. The recovery journey is where FREEDOM is found.
